PS 335: Playyard Renovation

PS 335 is a new primary school in
Ozone Park in Queens, New York.
This office worked in collaboration with the In-House Design Studio to design the school’s front courtyard and exterior playyard.  The front courtyard design takes the shapes of a triangle, rectangle and circle (and reflects aspects of the building architecture) to create a variety of spaces. The east playyard is a series of active spaces including half court basketball, tennis / volleyball, play equipment and universal play.
