PS 232: Playyard Renovation

The site is located on a JOP (NYC DPR) and required extensive coordination with the Parks Dep’t.  The design focused on developing different activity zones, within a tight space,  that would meet activity needs for the younger children,  but provide passive activities for the  older children. The final design provides play equipment, sitting areas,  play areas, green space, re-configured storm drainage, and integration with the adjacent park.
