Pepsi World Beverage:  Site / Landscape

Pepsi World Beverage Headquarters development was guided by a belief that the building and site / landscape should integrate with the natural vegetation and topography of the 1,200-acre site.  The nine-story building was located at the steepest portion of the site providing a low entry side profile of two stories on the west, and a dramatic nine story reveal on the east side that overlooks a reservoir.  The roads, parking for 1,200 cars and pedestrian walks/path were “fit” into the existing topography to minimize removal of existing vegetation.  The development also incorporated entry plazas, outdoor athletic facilities, fitness trails and extensive landscaping.
