Greepoint Landing: Courtyard
Greenpoint courtyard is the visual focus for the U-shaped residential building and draws its design vernacular from the historic manufacturing roots of the Greenpoint area in Brooklyn. The space is envisioned as a gathering space, a secure outside space and a green space for visual interest. In response to local initatiatives, approximately 50% of the plant materials are native, and offer continual seasonal variation.
