Runnell's Center for Rehab and Healthcare:

$2.3 million of site work at health care complex consisting of long term care, alcohol rehabilitation, and psychiatric units. Project included: site access studies, presentation/coordination with local planning board/officials, construction documentation, and permitting. Key features of site/landscape work included terraced 450 car parking area, ambulance and emergency vehicle areas, exterior courtyards for each user/patient group and extensive pedestrian circulation network.
