Grace Church School decided to expand their facilities and provide a new gym adjacent to their 165 year old landmark gothic revival church. The solution was to replicate portions of the exterior architecture, but provide the majority of the new construction underground. The existing portico, outdoor pulpit, gardens and playyard were all “re-constructed” and sit over the new underground facility.
